Google (Play Store) and Apple (App Store) do not allow YouTube downloaders in their stores due to policy restrictions. Any "Video Downloader" app you find there is likely fake or filled with ads.
Instead, Convert2MP3 uses PWA (Progressive Web App) technology. This allows you to "install" our website directly to your phone's home screen. It looks and feels exactly like a native app, but without the annoying updates or storage usage.
How to Install on Android
- Open Chrome: Visit

- Install: Tap "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen".
- Done: A Convert2MP3 icon will appear in your app drawer. Usage is now full-screen!
How to Install on iOS (iPhone/iPad)
- Open Safari: This only works in Safari (not Chrome on iOS). Go to our website.
- Tap Share: Click the "Share" icon (square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom center.
- Add to Home Screen: Scroll down and find the button that says "Add to Home Screen".
- Confirm: Tap "Add" in the top right.
